Aldi UK appointed Complete Roofing Systems to deliver a full roof refurbishment at its Irlams o’ th’ Height, Salford store. The programme included new vertical slating to the building elevations and the installation of a durable single ply membrane system to the flat roof areas.

As with many CRS projects for Aldi, the store remained fully operational throughout, allowing Aldi UK to continue serving the local community without disruption. This live‑environment delivery method aligns with how similar retail roofing projects are carefully phased to ensure zero shutdowns.

1. Vertical Slating Works

Our team began with the complete removal of existing facade materials before installing new high‑quality vertical slate cladding designed to:

2. Single Ply Membrane to Flat Roofs

Following completion of the slating works, CRS progressed onto the flat roof refurbishment, installing a high‑performance single ply membrane chosen for:
